For the past 28 years I have had driver employees for my delivery business. I am thinking of switching to Independant contractors. What do I need to do. I am in the state of Oregon
Wanting to know the steps I need to do to have my present drivers be Independant contractor drivers instead of employees to be in compliance with State of OR laws. I have been in business for 28 years and have always had employee drivers.
