Earned vacation not paid?
I have worked for a temporary agency for 1 1/2 years. I have accrued enough hours to receive vacation benefits with this temp agency. The temporary agency recently sold the contract to another temporary agency. The new agency claims that they do not have to honor the vacation, that I will just lose it without pay. Can they do this?
