EMPLOYEE ON FMLA HAS USED UP AVAILABLE HOURS AS WELL AS THE 12 WEEKS. SHE'LL BE OFF 1 MORE WEEK. CAN WE CHANGE HER STATUS TO RPT FOR THAT WEEK IN ORDER TO MAKE HER GO ON COBRA INSURANCE?

SHE'S ALREADY PAID HER PORTION OF THE GROUP HEALTH BUT IT SEEMS THE EMPLOYER IS JUST TRYING TO GET THE EMPLOYEE TO HAVE TO PICK UP THE ENTIRE AMOUNT FOR A MONTH?
