Drawing Unemployment & Have Taken Commission Based Sales Job

Hello,

I lost my employment in which I was a W-2 wage employee. I have been drawing unemployment compensation since I lost my job. For about a month and a half now, I have been working as an independent sales contractor and will be paid on commission only. I have not received any commissions and probably will not get any commission money for a few more months. My question is can I still draw my unemployment, and until I earn commissions, do I need to report any hours worked? I live in West Virginia, and I want to do everything legally.

Thanks.
