Domain name infrigment right ???
We started a company called Ameribay about a month ago. At that time we registered are domain name with Verisign who said the name Ameribay was not taken. eBay just yesterday sent us a letter stating that are name mimics the famous eBay name. They asked us to stop using the name right away. If we do not they will take legal action. We need some advice can anyone help… Thanks Cathy….

copyright infringement
Your question is not an employment law question, but a copyright/trademark infringement issue. My partner, Terry Monday, 317/251-1929 handles such issues but on an hourly rate basis.
