Does my employer have to pay me retroactive pay (in IL) after I signed a pay raise contract months ago and I haven't seen the raise yet?
My employer offered me a pay raise for increased responsibility at work. I agreed and signed a contract for the increase but have not seen any increase on my check or my hourly wage. Am I entitled to retroactive pay?
