Do I have to release an employee's entire file to WC Insurance company?
I have an employee that has been out of work on a WC injury for over a year, she cannot return to work, they are currently asking for her entire employee file, which does not contain anything about her injury that is kept in a seperate file, her file has health insurance applications, CV, vacation requests, all employee forms I-9,W-4, evaluations.
