Do I have any recoarse?

Sept 2017 I took 6 weeks of FMLA.
June of 2018 I had knee surgery and took 6 more weeks of FMLA. Thus far, I have turned in 3 different modifications of duty from my Doctor but my employer keeps refusing me to return without a 100% release. I'm about to lose my home and car because I have no paycheck coming to me. Do I have any recoarse?
