Do I have a case of defamation against a co-worker?

A co-worker filed a harassment complaint against me. I believe it was in retaliation for reporting her to our supervisor for violating work rules. Our employer ruled in my favor saying the facts did not constitute harassment. Would I have a case of defamation against her? They interviewed other co-workers, my supervisor and me, asking if they felt I targeted people or tried to create a hostile atmosphere. I am their leader and try hard to make work pleasant. The co-worker is a very confrontational individual. I am concerned for my reputation at work now that this ordeal is out in the open.
