Do I have a Valid Claim? Sexual harrassment & dicrmination

I have been employed with my company 10yrs and have maintained an excellent record. I was placed on suspension for 4months due to cobc mis-use of company time( walked into break room and asked an employee not to touch my food) and Violence in the workplace ( The employee came and cursed at me and then I cursed back at him) ( also alleging that I was going to throw scissors at him when no scissors were in my hand) I have now been told that i am being terminated but the manager lied about the scissor statement and keeps lying about it also this is the same guy that has been harrassing me and when I went to go report it to mangement nothing was done at all about it. I was scarred to report in fear that something like this was going to happen and also management doe not like me at all. I was forced to work in an hostile enviroment and I think that management did nothing becuase they know that I was always a happy person and tried not to let get things to me but the sexual advances remarks and thing he did had me so uncomfortable and made me feel dirty and unsafe. I told the union and they advised me that I could not file a grievance since he was an employee I advised another manager and he said that he did not want to have anything to do with it. I just wish that i knew what my rights were and where I could have turned to becuase now I have been terminated all becuase I tried to report a matter and then it was turned on me as if I was the harrasser. can you advise me as if I have a claim to sue or not this guy has not even been with the company a year and has had other reports and claims filed against him. he has also been on the news for making death threats and the couple had to get a restraining order. I am not understanding why he is still employed there. he is also related to management, and is it becuase I am a female that has more time with the company and he is a male just starting so are they doing this becuase it was cheaper to keep him emplyed vs me a single female mother of 3? Please help
