Defamation???
My girlfriend and I work for the same company. One evening we were out had a few drinks and went back home. She told me not to be easy, smack her around a bit. I know and understand its a bit unorthodox. But when we woke up the next morning she had bruises on her face. Now mind you, she does bruise extremely easy and we are still in a healthy and strong relationship. Our mutual employer asked her about this, and she told him the above, maybe a bit less detail. I work onsite at a client location. I feel that he may divulge this information to the client and add details which are seriously untrue. Just asking how to handle this if it occurs
