Company has me on furlough for over 6months they know sent me a separation agreement and paying 4 wks from the date of separation. And stated ends at after 4wks are paid or first day of employment with another employer .. My question is the Furlough notic
Company has me on furlough for over 6months they know sent me a separation agreement and paying 4 wks from the date of separation. And stated ends at after 4wks are paid or first day of employment with another employer .. My question is the Furlough notice prior to this allowed for working during the furlough . Is a temp job considered employment that would cancel my separation pay once i sign the new document for separation ?
I have 45 days to sign
