Can my employer force me to have a surgery that I don't need?
was diagnosis with bilateral inguinal hernia. But surgeon said not no where near sever enough to have surgery, released me to return to work with no restrictions. My employer will not let me return to work until I have the surgery. Can they force me to have a surgery that I don't need?
