Can my Virginia employer cancel my vacation days with a new policy?
I started June 1 2016 for 20 days. On Jan 1 2017, he changed the policy to 15 days for all of 2017. He said that those 20 days are lost and now I only have 15. That was never discussed when I signed the offer letter, nor mentioned in the offer letter. I signed the offer letter mentioning 20 days in June. There was no contract signed. If I did lose the 20 days, can I be paid for the days not used within that 6 month window?
