Can I receive unemployment if I had worked for a company for almost 15 years then the owner brought in a new President to take my place and then contacted with me for 9 months?
Owner brought new President of his company and contracted with me for 9 months. Can I collect unemployment? He also stated in the agreement I cannot work in the same field for 2 years. I have been in this field for 30 years.
