Can I lose built sick leave
I am a county employee with 856 hours of sick leave,we are allowed to build 720 hours,in 2011 there was a memo issued that stated any employee hired before 1990 there was no cap on sick leave, I was hired in 1988,can they take me back down to 720 without any notice?,do I lose the 136 hours I have built?
