Bounced payroll is included in my W-2's - Recourse?
My employer (a restaurant) closed it's doors with no notice. I had one paycheck I deposited the next day that bounced and even though I asked they mail my final check, they never did. What is my recourse especially now that I have my W-2s and they've included these last 2 paychecks in what they paid me?
