Back in January 2018 I got an offer as a Director of Advanced manufacturing from ULT, this company is a competition for my previous company Philips Lighting, Based on the attractive offer the made me, i left a company after 12 years of stable job and go with them, After few months, June 23th 2018, they laid me off with the argument of my position was eliminated, plus I was the only Hispanic on the top management group. I did not receive any compensation from ULT and make my situation really hard to explain when I tried to get a new job. can I sue them?
