As a Salaried-Non Exempt Employee am I entitiled to the overtime that I have worked?

I have been labeled as Salaried-Non Exempt for the last year and labeled as a field service supervisor. I have been paid a salary based upon 40 hours a week for the last year. I have been physically working 84 or more hours each week that I've worked. I have not been compensated for my overtime. Note that they do expect me to manage 13 employees but in no way do they report to me in any documentation the company HR department has. Everyone reports to a regional manager. Please let me know if being Salaried-Non Exempt in this situation entitles me to overtime compensation for the last year.
