An employee said I hit them with my equipment I know I didnt. It was a near miss. Management says the team member immediately reported it. That's false to because I hung around for a fue even had to tell to get team member to come back and they laughed it

This happened at a cross walk that the person was not in they was tat the pole
I made a turn from a stopped position to park my order picker body and cage cart was almost all the way through and I was parking and there they was.
They continued on I got off my equipment and yelled to get them to come back
We know each other on a work bases relationship. We evan hugged because she just came back from maturity leave and night shift. We get a 30 min break this happened about a minute before break
We have a bell that chimes no one should have even been that close to the break room but some leave early
I'm required to stop and honk and I did more than once because there is a cross walk where I was turning at
The managers say she immediately reported it but I know she didnt because I was there. I was dropping off reports . Before lunch
After lunch about 20mins one of the managers ask how my days going. I responded. Then another 40 mins go by
And tha
Ts when the 2 managers come and ask me about the near miss. They say that person went home because I hit there foot
That person was fine they walked fine walked back to me fine stood with me and talked about it
The person even said I'm glad it was u
I believe this person was not in the cross walk I think they was crossing diagonally
And that's why I didnt see them because they would have been lined up with my blind spot
