Am i eligable to draw a vested pension while on Social Security Disability

I would like to know if my seniority date was terminated by an Employee Buyout on the 19th Day of March 1991,and my Social Security Disability determined me as unable to perform gainfull work begining on the 9th Day of March 1991 coud i be eligiable for a Disability pension from my workplace. Or at least be able to start recieving my 100% Vested Pension .I would like to start recieving my pension in the near future. I was told when i started SSD i should have been able to start drawing the vested pension then ,would i be eligible for the back pay for those former years to present i can give more detail if you request.
