Am I entitled to overtime after 40 hours or 55?

I work at a trucking company and I move trailers around all day for roughly 8 hours, I then go onto the dock and work there for another 3-4 hours or so then go home. At this company overtime is set at 55 hours (Not sure why, and can't find any info on it.) but last week I had worked a little over 61 hours, and in the system it doesn't show me as getting any overtime.

I've been told that the 55 hour overtime limit is due to the company being based out of Richmond VA. I'm just trying to look for some answers if you could help me out.
