A friend of mine has worked for a non-profit for several years. When they were hired they didn't hold back 2 weeks pay. Now they are telling all employees that they are going to be withholding 2 weeks pay from their checks before the end of June. Is this

legal in Louisiana to withhold 2 weeks pay after you have worked for the company for several years? They did not withhold 2 weeks pay when hired. Now they are telling the whole staff that they need to do this. I'm sorry but this doesn't sound legal to me.
