The new plant manager has never done this type of work. He doesn't thoroughly know the job. He came in with the " beating on the chest" attitude. " I am the boss. I'm in control." Ok I have no problem until he starts singling me out and streaming yelling at me constantly and in front of everyone. And it's just escalated. I have no problem doing what's required of me, always have, but there's professional and there's unprofessional. I'm tired of going home literally in tears on a daily basis.
