2 week notice overlappting 1 year job offer agreement and it's impact to a bonus repayment

My employment offer letter(signed)states that the hiring bonus provided is contingent on a minimum of 1 years continuous employment. That year is almost up and the position is not as expected. I am intending on giving my 2 week notice and the final day of work based on that notice will be 2 days over the 1 year required in the agreement.

Am I meeting the terms of the agreement with the dates for this notice or would they be able to require the bonus be repayed?
Can they not accept my notice and ask me to leave and then consider me as violating the agreement?

Thank you in adveance.
