Answer to Can I be forced to take an additional 15 minutes for lunch because I punch in too early on my lunch

Are you actually taking a lunch during this time or are you working? If you are working during any portion of your lunch break you should be getting paid for that time. For more information on this area check out my employee rights blog at www.takethisjobnshoveitblog.com or my website www.behrenlaw.com.

Answer to What happens after I filed my charge with the U.S. District Court?

You really should hire a lawyer. This is not a process you want to undertake on your own.

Answer to Can a former employee be prevented from approaching former employer's customers?

You really should have an employment lawyer look at the terms of the non compete. There can be many defenses to enforcement in florida. I have many postings on this issue on my employee rights blog www.takethisjobnshoveitblog.com.

Answer to Unpaid severence balance and broken agreement

severance agreements

You can continue to bug your former employer or you can retain counsel to send a demand letter to your former employer to hopefully speed up the proces or you can file a small claims lawsuit. If you do so you are entitled to attorneys fees. you may also be entitled to the unpaid vacation if your severance agreement did not release yoru employer of having to pay those amounts. Would have to see terms of the severance agreement. Feel free to call my office with any questions.

Answer to Does contract breach void contract and fee me of a non-compete

Non-Compete

If your former employer attempts to enforce the non-compete you could raise the breach of contract as a defense. You may also have other defenses and should consult with legal counsel to review your non-compete and the facts of your case.
