Answer to is it legal for my employer to stalk me when i reported sexual harassment?

It is unlawful to retaliate against someone who complains of sexual harassment. If people you do not know are texting you, do not respond to them. If people you are not friends with are friending you on facebook, do not accept them as friends. Double check your privacy settings to ensure that they are set to friends only.

Answer to Can an employer deny you vacation time?

Neither Kentucky law nor federal law guarantee you vacation time. The company does not have to allow you to take time off without pay if you have used all your paid vacation. It does not appear that the company violated any state or federal laws as you described the situation.

Answer to What can I do?

Employers are required to provide payment of wages for all hours worked. Refusal to do so is a violation of Kentucky and federal law. You can file a complaint with the Kentucky Department of Labor or you can consult with an attorney to attempt to resolve the dispute.

Answer to I was refused unemployment after being let go for unproffesionalism(complaints of a coworker)

When you applied for unemployment, you provided your reason for the termination. The unemployment office contacted the employer for its position. Then the unemployment office makes a decision regarding your eligibility. If it decides against you, you can appeal and a hearing will be set. You can attend the hearing on your own or with a lawyer. You will be able to testify and offer evidence and cross examine their witnesses. The hearing referee will make a decision about your eligibility and will send it to you. You have additional appeal rights beyond that as well.

I'm not sure what you were talking about at work, but if you have evidence that this type of discussion was permitted and you were the only one terminated for it, you may be able to win at the hearing level.

Answer to daily check writing fees

Deductions from pay

You ask whether a temp agency that promotes daily pay can charge a check writing fee for the daily paycheck. Kentucky law requires that employees receive the full amount of their wages due on their "regular" payday. If the temp agency has a regular payday on which you are paid without deductions, charging a fee for being paid "early" may be lawful.
