About Me:
I have close to 35 years of active solo law practice emphasizing creative and collaborative approaches to resolving disputes in employment including virtually all aspects of the employment relationship and in settings from government agencies to litigation to ADR settings, I have changed my focus and practice. I currently provide direct representation on severance negotiations and unemployment compensation matters for recently discharged individual and advice, counseling and evaluation of options for individuals in current employment conflicts. I also engage in direct representation in administrative hearings and other settings. I only take a few cases in litigation to trial as most cases resolve before that and trial is a large investment for both me and my clients, economically and emotionally and very time intensive.
I also provide research briefing investigation and other support to other advocates representing individuals in employment disputes and will co-counsel with them on selected matters when appropriate
