About Me:

Jason Lundberg graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, CA. While attending school, he was a Senior Editor of the Golden Gate Law and Social Justice Journal. Jason furthered his legal education by clerking for several judges in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of San Francisco, including Commissioner Slabach, the Honorable Judge Warren, the Honorable Judge Quidachay and the Honorable Judge Kahn. These law school experiences were invaluable, as many lawyers never get the opportunity to work with a Judge and see the experience from a different perspective.

Jason primarily represents clients in personal injury matters and employment law and California Labor Code violations. Mr. Lundberg takes pleasure in helping his clients maneuver through, what sometimes could be considered, a confusing and overwhelming legal system.
Over the course of his career, Jason has achieved results for his clients through negotiated settlements, as well as taking matters all the way to jury trials. Every situation is different, be it a car accident or employment harassment, and a different perspective is applied to each case to determine what the best course of action could be. However, either way, Jason is equally comfortable discussing your matter with an opposing adjuster at an insurance company or in front of a judge and a jury.

“One of the most satisfying days I can have is a day where I can see justice served for one of my clients,” says Jason. Jason genuinely enjoys his practice and being able to help individuals who need legal assistance.
Jason Lundberg was born and raised in the Bay Area. He presently lives in San Francisco, CA.
