About Me:
Mr. Lionel Martin has extensive experience in employment law and business litigation. Mr. Martin has successfully represented individuals and a wide variety of Fortune 500 companies in complex and significant legal matters in state and federal courts in Texas and throughout the United States. Prior to his private law practice, Mr. Martin served in the United States Army as a Captain and Judge Advocate General (JAG). As a JAG, Mr. Martin regularly advised senior Army leaders on the rules of engagement and the law of war. Mr. Martin also served as the lead prosecutor for two combat brigades where he successfully prosecuted a variety of felonies, including murder, attempted murder, assault, larceny, identity theft, and drug distribution. Mr. Martin currently serves in the United States Army Reserve as a Major.
