unsafe working conditions
The building I work in has a crack in the support beam. The insurance agency has said it is unsafe and work in that building should cease until repairs are made.
The owner, who is on vacation in Mexico had directed me to carry on with normal operations. I feel the condition is unsafe. What could happen if I shut down against the owners wishes?

The report can be made anonymously and OSHA prohibits your employer from retaliating against employees who make it. Be aware, though, that the statute of limitations for filing an OSHA retaliation claim is very short - only 30 days.
