If employee drops FT to PT and back to FT. When does vacation eligibility begin counting?
Employee started FT 9/2016, dropped to PT 2/2017, resumed FT 8/2017.
Company standard for vacation for FT employee is 1 year from start date. Is 1 year from initial employment or new time of FT status since he dropped FT and lost benefit eligibility? Our PT employees do not receive vacation or other benefits.
