I feel like I'm being targeted at work by my supervisor.

I have been working at this job for a couple of months now and already am on the verge of being fired. I have been written up 2 times already for doing things the way I was trained to do. On top of that I have personally experienced another co-worker who is favored by the supervisor do the exact same thing and not get written up. Everyone in our department knows that a certain employee is favored dearly by the supervisor but everyone is afraid to say anything or do anything about it. What are my options? My employer claims to be an equal opportunity employer but fails to have an EO appointee on the premises.
