Previously 9/2017-12/2017 approved LOA but FMLA denied New to Company started in August 2017. Is it a difference in FMLA leaves I was denied within a couple of days. I resubmitted per employers request due to multiple doctors visits since my return 12/19. This time Intermittent which I applied for recently is still pending. No quick denial this time I’m curious are there different leave claims. Very confused my previous request denied due to lack of 1250 hours I believe and I just started with company I haven’t been with them over a year? Please help I’m not quite understanding...
