I have recently went through some Trumatic events and watched one of my friends 40 feet out of the tree. I’ve been seeing a psychiatrist and she wrote a note to my boss saying that I was not stable to climb at this moment but could run the bucket truck

Recently I watched one of my friends fall 40 feet out of the tree it was very Trumatic for me and I have been going to counseling the counselor wrote a note to my boss saying that I was unstable to climb for the moment but could operate a bucket truck so I got the moated from 1885 an hour to $16 even an hour and I’m the only one allowed to operate the bucket truck all day if the foreman gets caught in the bucket he will get in trouble is it legal for them to dock my wage like this. All I was asking for was a little time to get my head back togeather and take a break for climbing for a little while. I don’t feel comfortable climbing at this point.
