My legal practice focuses on representing victims of illegal workplace discrimination and retaliation (which includes wrongful termination or discipline and whistle blowing), illegal harassment (including sexual or gender harassment), wage and hour violations, and failure to provide or illegal interference with protected leaves such as FMLA and CFRA. For every client we accept, we devise a course of action tailored to their situation, needs, and desires, which can range from cease and desist letters, review and negotiations of severance agreements, pre-litigation settlements, to full blown litigation. We only take on a small number of cases so we can devote as much attention as needed to each client and their cause.
