Through settlements which I negotiated, two federal employees were reinstated and a third federal employee's job conditions were improved to enable her to meet performance standards. I set precedent in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in ERISA and civil rights cases. To settle an appeal of the termination of long term disability benefits, I negotiated the reinstatement of the monthly benefit, plus a lump sum.
