About Me:
Fred Shahrooz Scampato is the owner of a civil litigation firm with a primary focus in employment and labor law, contracts and other types of civil litigation. He is a practicing litigator with close to 20 years of experience.
The primary purpose of the firm is to achieve the best possible result for his clients. He is their advocate and they trust and rely on his skill and experience to get them a victory both monetarily and in the name of justice and truth. Over the past twenty years, he has obtained the reputation as being a confident, aggressive litigator with a reputation for loyalty, diligence, perseverance and integrity.
He is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, NJ chapter and has also been a court appointed Civil Mediator for the State of New Jersey.
He is an Adjunct Professor in the Accounting, Taxation, Law, Economics, Finance and International Business Department, of the Silberman College of Business of Social, at Fairleigh Dickinson University where he teaches courses in applied business law and contracts.
He clerked for New Jersey Superior Court Judges, Joseph C. Messina and Richard P. Plechner.
He received a Juris Doctor the University of Illinois, College of Law, Champaign, IL, received a Master of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Drew University, Madison, NJ
He has been academically published in "State Discrimination Law Awaits Gay Rights Test," New Jersey Law Journal, December 19, 1994. and "Criminal Procedure/Exclusionary Rule/Standing/Residential Premises," Illinois Bar Journal, August 1991.
